Spring Cash Lottery Rules of Play

  1. Ticket purchasers must reside in the province of Saskatchewan and must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. Saskatchewan SPCA staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to purchase tickets.
  3. There are a total of 45,360 Spring Cash Lottery tickets available:
    • 1 @ $25 - 1,250 tickets
    • 3 @ $40 - 3,090 tickets (1,030 sets)
    • 10 @ $80 - 2,620 tickets (262 sets)
    • 20 @ $100 - 38,400 tickets (1,920 sets)
  4. Draws will be made at Saskatchewan SPCA, 511 - 45th Street West, Saskatoon, SK S7L 5Z9.
  5. The early bird draw of $1,000 will be made on June 15, 2021 at 2 p.m. All tickets paid for by June 14, 2021 at 11 a.m. will be in the draw drum for the early bird draw.
  6. The following draws will be made on June 30, 2021 at 2 p.m.:
    • $500 Spring Fever draws: 15 draws
    • $20,000 Grand prize draw: 1 draw
    • $5,000 Huge Supporter draw: 1 draw
  7. All tickets paid for by 11 a.m. on June 29, 2021 will be in the draw drum. One winning ticket will be drawn for each draw.
  8. Every ticket sold is eligible for the Spring Fever and Grand Prize draws. A separate draw will be made for the Huge Supporter draw for those that purchased the 20-pack of tickets. The draw order is: 15 Spring Fever draws, Grand Prize draw, and Huge Supporter draw.
  9. Total prize value of all draws in the Spring Cash Lottery is $33,500.
  10. Prizes will be awarded as cash.

  12. Refunds can be requested before draws start on June 15, 2021.
  13. If a winning ticket has more than one name on it, the Saskatchewan SPCA shall award the prize to only the first name identified on the ticket. The Saskatchewan SPCA and Saskatchewan Liquor & Gaming Authority are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between different individuals whose names appear on the ticket.
  14. Unclaimed prizes are to be held for 1 year in a secure location. Should they remain unclaimed after that 1-year period the prizes are to be donated to another charitable organization approved by Saskatchewan Liquor & Gaming Authority.
  15. The list of winners, including winner's name, city/town, amount won, and ticket number, will be published on the Saskatchewan SPCA's website (saskspca.ca) and newsletter.

50/50 Kitty Pool Lottery Rules of Play

  1. Ticket purchasers must reside in the province of Saskatchewan and must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. Saskatchewan SPCA staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to purchase tickets.
  3. There are a total of 25,150 50/50 Kitty Pool tickets available:
    • 1 @$10 - 950 tickets
    • 5 @ $20 - 4,200 tickets (840 sets)
    • 10 @ $25 - 20,000 tickets (2,000 sets)
  4. A ticket must be purchased in the Spring Cash Lottery in order to purchase the 50/50 add on ticket.
  5. Draw will be made at Saskatchewan SPCA, 511 - 45th Street West, Saskatoon, SK S7L 5Z9.
  6. The 50/50 draw will be made on June 30, 2021 at 2 p.m. All tickets paid for by 11 a.m. on June 29, 2021 will be in a draw drum. One winning ticket will be drawn.
  7. Total prize value of the 50/50 Kitty Pool cannot be determined until the draw takes place on June 30, 2021. The maximum the prize can be if tickets sell out would be $38,150.
  8. The 50/50 Prize will be awarded as cash.
